ICC opens probe into Venezuela governing administration for human rights abuses

The Intercontinental Legal Courtroom is opening a formal investigation into allegations of torture and extrajudicial killings fully commited by Venezuelan safety forces under President Nicolás Maduro’s rule, the very first time a country in Latin The us is dealing with scrutiny for probable crimes against humanity from the court.
