Top rated law firm and anti-belief law pioneer Ira M. Millstein, 95, and his spouse Susan, 63, have taken a strike promoting their Higher East Aspect property.
The fourth-ground, two-bedroom, two-tub device is at posh 930 Fifth Ave., where by Woody Allen after lived in the penthouse. It sold for $2.1 million, according to assets data.
The couple purchased it for $2.45 million in 2015, two decades right after they obtained married, and detailed it for $2.3 million last September.
Millstein served as chairman of antitrust regulation sections of the American Bar Affiliation and the New York Condition Bar Affiliation, and counseled the boards of Normal Motors, Westinghouse, WellChoice and the Character Conservancy, among others.
He’s also the founding chair of the Ira M. Millstein Center for World-wide Markets and Company Possession at Columbia Legislation Faculty.


The prime-notch digs are in an Emery Roth-built Art Deco constructing at 74th Avenue, across from the Design Boat Pond in Central Park.
The residence opens to a lobby that potential customers to a living/eating home with beamed ceilings, crown moldings and personalized constructed-ins. The buyer is Susan Hermann.
The listing brokers were being Michael J. Franco, Miriam Richards, Greg Holzmann and Veronica Hinman of Compass, who declined remark. The purchaser was repped by Corcoran’s Deborah Kern.
