FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Mayor Tom Henry introduced Tuesday morning that he has chosen a new City Lawyer.
A media launch says Henry promoted Malak Heiny to Metropolis Lawyer for the Town of Fort Wayne and will oversee the Town of Fort Wayne Legislation Division. Heiny has served as associate metropolis lawyer due to the fact 2013 and has been “instrumental in delivering management and path on legal matters”, the release states. Right before her work with the Town, she was a judicial law clerk for Indiana Court docket of Appeals Decide Patricia A. Riley.
“Malak is a wonderful addition to my team of division directors,” Henry stated. “Malak’s professionalism, encounter, skills, and awareness to depth will serve our community effectively. The Regulation Section also prosecutes violators of Town ordinances and supervises and directs all litigation in which the City has an fascination.
